Getting Married at Tenuta Ripolo, Rome
7 February 2020
Cermony at Basilica di Sant’Elia and reception at Tenuta di Ripolo, close to Roma
Do opposites attract? Perhaps it’s not always the case. Michele and Diva are a brilliant and promising young couple joined by the same belief that only through cooperation and altruism tangible solutions can be achieved to make the world a better place.
Their strong affinity has turned into the most beautiful happy ending: an unforgettable wedding celebrated close to Rome, at the Benedictine Basilica of Castel Sant’Elia, in the heart of Tuscia, Viterbo and a joyful reception held at Tenuta di Ripolo.
To keep memories of this special day Michele and Diva contacted us at INESSE Handmade Photography for the wedding photo and video service. With our story telling approach we tried to narrate their party during a warm and pleasant Saturday in late October, accompanying them from the moment they got ready in their respective houses, to the final dances in the stunning interior room of the location.
The groom got dressed in the family home with his sisters and parents, he then joined friends and witnesses in the Tenuta Ripolo Manor House for the exchange of the gifts. The bride got ready in her home surrounded by the affection of her loved ones. The makeup with delicate tones and the soft gathered hairstyle was made by Valeria Schirinzi.
The Basilica of Castel Sant’Elia welcomed the spouses for the ceremony with its elegant and refined decorations curated by Flowerdesign.
After a few shots of the newlyweds taken near the Basilica and in the garden of the location where the reception took place, they made their entrance into the large atrium with the fountain where the aperitif was set up, greeted by the smiles and hugs of friends and relatives who came from all over the world for the occasion.
Following the lunch served by Colasanti Catering held in the party building, Diva changed outfit and joined Michele on the terrace that opens on the back of the structure, for the speeches and the cutting of the cake. From here on, everyone reached the Sala dei Fuochi to open the dance floor to the music played by the Mikely Family Band.
