Wedding in Relais Appia Antica
Wedding photographer at Relais Appia Antica – Ceremony in Basilica di Santa Sabina, Rome
The day of the marriage between Andrea and Veronica was simply faboulous, it was immortalized by the images of Stefano Snaidero and Camilla Cheade, wedding photographers in Rome.
This love was born in the classrooms of the university, when Veronica asked Andrea for the notes of an exam that he had already done. It was a perfect opportunity for Andrea, who did not miss the opportunity to ask for a first date. This and other moments of their love story were designed with the sand on their wedding day, thanks to Simona Gandola’s “Sand-Art”.
The day began at Relais Appia Antica, Veronica get ready in the rooms of the Resort, surrounded by love and friendship of her parents and bridesmaids, already there from the first moments of this unique day in the life of the couple. The bride was so elegant and perfect in her dress coming from the St. Patrick collection by Pronovias, embellished even more by a wonderful shoe by Alessandra Rinaudo.
Andrea, with his smoking by Carlo Pignatelli found in the Atelier the Woman in White, mets friends and relatives in their home, and then together we waited for the bride on the altar of the Basilica of Santa Sabina, on the Aventine Hill in Rome. The floral arrangement and the bouquet have been expertly created by Momento Magico.
The entrance of the bride is certainly one of the most intense moments of marriage, Veronica and Andrea can remember very well the emotion of their meeting on the altar … but also the serenity when their friend priest when he took charge of the situation: “Don’t worry , from now on I’ll take care of it “.
The Aventine Hill in Rome is a wonderful location, the lush and green Giardino degli Aranci opens an enchanting view on Rome. The garden has a simple and majestic orchard at the same time..and it is impossible to resist the temptation to make a theater for some shots to the couple. Just before entering the Relais, we took a walk on the historic Appia Antica, enjoying of the warm light of the Roman sunset.
Roberto Mattera himself welcomed Andrea and Veronica at the entrance of the relais, welcoming them and taking them to the poolside, where the Relais le Jardin catering had already begun to cheer guests with delicious finger food, crispy fries and other tasty starters. The room where the dinner was held was impeccably set up and lit in a very suggestive way, all chosen by an exceptional wedding planner: the bride in person.
